My appointments run for 1 hour and 30 minutes for your first visit and for returning visits 1 hour.

All haircuts include, consultation, cleanse, treatment + finish

Additional charges may apply for specialised treatments or extended blowdrys

Dry cutting appointments may be booked at the same cost. If you prefer a dry cut, please advise at time of booking.

A deposit of 50% is required for first time appointments at the time of booking to guarantee your spot

First visit. $270.00 aud (1 hour, 30 mins)

2nd visit. $200.00 aud (1 hour)

Guarantee 

My work is an art and a science, but it's also a service that you are paying for and I want you to be satisfied. that is why I would like to guarantee any adjustments to the cut for 14 days from the date of service, unfortunately if you change your mind and want something different the full cost will be applied.

Cancellation 

I appreciate that life is busy and things can happen that means you may need to reschedule. That's fine, of course but when you do need to cancel, respectfully I ask you to give 24 hours notice.

Where 24 hours notice is not provided I will apply 100% from the cost of your service

To make it easy for you to avoid charging the cancellation fee, I will send you a text message a few days ahead to prompt you to confirm your appointment. Please keep an eye out for the confirmation text and please respond yes or no. If you are running late please be courteous and text ahead of time, unfortunately more than 0 minutes late will require a rebooking plus 50% of service cost
